The general sororities conduct a formal recruitment annually in September!
Registration is required along with a $40 fee ($50 for registrations received after 11:59pm on September 2). Panhellenic recruitment is a mutual selection process. During the first round, potential new members visit all 8 of the Panhellenic sororities. After each round, the potential new members rank the chapters in which they are most interested and the chapters submit lists of women whom they'd like to invite back to the next round. Potential new members visit a maximum of 7 chapters in the second round, 5 in the third round, and 3 in the final round, after which the chapters and potential new members submit their final preference lists. To avoid conflicts with most classes, recruitment events are held in the evenings and on weekend days.

Deadline to Register: Sunday, September 2 by 11:59pm
- Information Tables – Tuesday - Friday, August 28 - 31, from 10am - 2pm, on campus
- Mandatory Recruitment Orientation: Friday, August 31, 2:30pm, ENS 280; a make-up orientation will be held Tuesday September 4, 7:30pm, AL 201
- Panhellenic Recruitment Events: Wednesday, September 5 - Monday, September 10. You need to be fully available during these dates and times

Thursday, September 6; Check-in at 3:30pm in the Tula
Friday, September 7; Check-in at 9:00am in the Tula
Saturday, September 8; Check-in at 9:00am in the Tula

Monday, September 10; Bids issued from 1:00pm-3:45pm in Scripps Cottage. Chapter activities start at 4:00pm
